Who we are

Greenforce Gübre A.Ş. is a fertilizer manufacturer based in Mersin, Türkiye, specializing in agricultural productivity and balanced plant nutrition. We develop granular NPK, NP and NK fertilizers enriched with micronutrients, suited to different soil types, climatic conditions and crop requirements.

How is our product made?

Raw materials are carefully ground, precisely dosed and blended homogeneously. The mixture, prepared with a controlled moisture content, is formed into granules under high mechanical pressure. The pressure and the heat naturally generated during the process allow the raw materials to bond physically.

During screening, granules that are insufficiently compacted, fragile or outside specification are separated from the final product and returned to the production line. This process reduces raw-material losses while producing durable, even and homogeneous granules.

Production built on resource efficiency

No natural gas is used for process purposes in our production. Low water consumption is prioritized, while closed grinding and controlled screening systems are designed to reduce dust emissions. Returning off-specification granules to the production process also limits waste and raw-material losses.

We are expanding our current monthly production capacity of 4,000 tonnes, with the aim of increasing it to 8,000 tonnes.

Our quality commitment

In every production batch we ensure:

Guarantee the declared nutrients in the appropriate proportions
Achieve a homogeneous nutrient distribution throughout the batch
Keep the final moisture at a level that adds no unnecessary weight to the product
Reach a granule crushing strength of approximately 50 N
Minimize the amount of broken granules and dust in the bags
Maintain a uniform and consistent granule size

The basics of plant nutrition: N — P — K

Healthy plant development begins with supplying the right nutrient in a balanced way at the right growth stage. N–P–K are the three main macronutrients governing growth, rooting, flowering and yield formation.

N
Nitrogen

Supports the formation of leaves, stems, shoots and proteins.

Nutrient sources used
Urea CO(NH₂)₂Ammonium sulfate (NH₄)₂SO₄DAP (NH₄)₂HPO₄
  • Rapid growth
  • Vigorous vegetative development
  • Dark green leaves
  • Tillering
  • High biomass
P₂O₅
Phosphorus

Supports root development, energy transfer, emergence vigour and early growth.

Nutrient sources used
DAP (NH₄)₂HPO₄Rock phosphate Ca₅(PO₄)₃F
  • Strong rooting
  • Rapid emergence
  • Good establishment of seedlings
  • Early flowering
  • Balanced maturation
K₂O
Potassium

Regulates water balance, sugar transport, yield development and resistance to environmental stress.

Nutrient sources used
MOP KClSOP K₂SO₄
  • Large, well-filled produce
  • Intense colour
  • Good taste and aroma
  • Firm texture
  • Long shelf life
  • Drought resistance

Differences between nutrient sources

The same nutrient comes from different raw materials; its solubility and its contribution to the plant vary accordingly.

Differences between nitrogen sources

Urea nitrogenProvides a high nitrogen concentration and supports rapid vegetative growth.
Ammonium sulfate nitrogenSupplies nitrogen together with the sulfur needed for protein production.
DAP nitrogenSupplied with phosphorus, it particularly supports rooting and early development.

Differences between phosphorus sources

DAP phosphorusHighly water-soluble and taken up by the plant more quickly.
Rock phosphateDissolves more slowly and provides long-lasting phosphorus supply, particularly in acidic soils.

Differences between potassium sources

MOPAn economical, highly concentrated potassium source suited to cereals and field crops.
SOPChloride-free; preferred for fruit, vegetables and chloride-sensitive crops to improve taste, colour and quality.

Accurate analysis, the right formulation and correct application

Even the richest fertilizer formulation may not deliver the expected results when applied to unsuitable soil, at the wrong time or in the wrong amount. We therefore recommend carrying out a soil analysis before choosing a fertilizer.
