Frequently asked questions

The most frequently asked questions about products, quality certificates, production, use and ordering.

Products

Which types of fertilizer do you produce?

We produce NPK, NP, NK and UAS granular fertilizers. Our range comprises a total of 11 formulations. The guaranteed analysis, application timing and recommended crops for each formulation are given on the Products page.

Under which brand are your products sold?

Our products are packed and marketed under the GREENTASQ brand.

What packaging options are available?

Net weights declared in our registration documents: 1 — 2 — 2.5 — 3 — 5 — 10 — 15 — 20 — 25 — 30 — 35 — 40 — 50 kg.

Where are the products produced?

Our production facility is located in Akdeniz / Mersin, Türkiye. Declared country of production: Türkiye.

Quality and documents

Are your products licensed?

Yes. We produce under the Producer licence (Licence No 5902) issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye, General Directorate of Crop Production.

What are your product registration numbers?

For NK fertilizer 2026TK14560, for NP fertilizer 2026TK14559. The criterion applied when the registrations were issued is EC FERTILIZER.

What is your quality commitment?

In every production batch we ensure:

  • The declared nutrients present in the appropriate proportions
  • Homogeneous nutrient distribution throughout the batch
  • The final moisture kept at a level that adds no unnecessary weight to the product
  • A granule crushing strength of approximately 50 N
  • The amount of broken granules and dust in the bags kept to a minimum
  • Uniform and consistent granule size

Do you have ISO certificates?

Yes, we hold six management system certificates: ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety), ISO 10002:2018 (customer satisfaction), ISO 31000:2018 (risk management) and ISO 22716:2017 GMP (good manufacturing practices).

The certificate numbers and PDF copies are on the About us page.

Can I get copies of the documents?

Yes. Copies of the licence and registration documents are shared on request; you can request them from the Contact page.

Production

What is your production capacity?

Our current capacity is 4,000 tonnes per month. We are expanding it with the aim of increasing it to 8,000 tonnes.

How are the granules produced?

Raw materials are carefully ground, precisely dosed and blended homogeneously. The mixture, prepared with a controlled moisture content, is formed into granules under high mechanical pressure. The pressure and the heat naturally generated during the process allow the raw materials to bond physically.

During screening, granules that are insufficiently compacted, fragile or outside specification are separated from the final product and returned to the production line.

Do you use natural gas in production?

No. No natural gas is used for process purposes in our production. Low water consumption is prioritized, while closed grinding and controlled screening systems are designed to reduce dust emissions.

Use and storage

Which fertilizer should I choose?

Before choosing a fertilizer we recommend carrying out a soil analysis. The appropriate formulation should be determined according to the soil's nutrient deficiencies, the crop to be grown and the target yield. Even the richest formulation may not deliver the expected results when applied to unsuitable soil, at the wrong time or in the wrong amount.

When should the fertilizer be applied?

Priority nutrients change according to the growth stage:

  • Before sowing and planting: P₂O₅ + N + K₂O — base fertilization
  • Rooting: P₂O₅ + Zn
  • Vegetative growth: N + S + MgO
  • Before flowering: P₂O₅ + B + Zn
  • Fruit and grain formation: K₂O + CaO + MgO
  • Maturation: K₂O

What is the difference between S and SO₃?

SO₃ is not a separate nutrient; it is the technical expression of total sulfur as SO₃. Approximately S × 2.5 = SO₃.

When are products with zinc (Zn) or boron (B) needed?

Zinc supports enzyme activity, growth hormones and the development of roots and shoots, particularly in zinc-deficient soils.

Boron is involved in pollen development, flower fertilization, sugar transport and fruit set, preparing the crop for the pre-flowering stage. Products containing boron must be used only at the specified rate.

Should base fertilizer touch the seed?

No. Base fertilizers must not come into direct contact with seed and should be placed at an appropriate distance within the root zone. Application rates must be determined according to soil analysis, crop variety, target yield, rainfall and irrigation conditions.

How should the products be stored?

The storage temperature declared in our registration documents is +5 °C / +35 °C. Products should be stored in a dry, cool place out of the reach of children.
